Divas, the vibe is incredibly relaxed. Upon entering, you step into the lounge area outfitted with creamy white, extra comfy sofas. Before you venture into the very Zen dining area, may we suggest a Cosmojito Martini with just the right blend of Stoli Ohranj fresh mint, pure cane sugar, a splash of lime and passion fruit ;-)…or the newest Diva fav, the Sapa Pegu which the sexiest bartender this side of 6th Ave. mixes with Tanqueray, calamansi lime juice, yummy Cointreau, a bit of orange bitters and an egg white.

After your cocktails and oysters; feast on the acclaimed cuisine of master chef Patricia Yeo who having mastered her unique South East Asian style under none other than Bobby Flay at both his Mesa Grill and Bolo restaurants is executive chef at Sapa presenting exotic special cuisines savored by the French colonialists in Vietnam.
