La Certeza Royal:
1.5 oz La Certeza Blanco
1 oz. Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Fresh Mint
Splash of Simple Syrup
2.5 oz. Club Soda or Sparkling Wine

Combine the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and
shake vigorously. Pour into a champagne flute, top with sparkling wine
and ENJOY!
