Georgia Shakespeare

Divas! Why so dramatic?! Don't be a slave to the summer-time blues!

If it’s good drama and comedy you want, get out and enjoy THE SERVANT OF TWO MASTERS at Georgia Shakespeare, June 13–July 28.

Why? What’s it all about? Well, what happens when a group of traveling tragedians arrive at Georgia Shakespeare to perform Richard III… only to find that the audience is expecting a comedy? Fasten your seatbelts as actors scurry, costumes fly, and anything that can be tossed is juggled, as The Servant of Two Masters is pulled out of thin air.

Inspired by improvisation, vaudeville and silent films, Georgia Shakespeare’s The Servant of Two Masters features funny-man Chris Ensweiler as the wisecracking Truffaldino, a servant trying to hide his moonlighting ways from, well, his two masters. As always, Georgia Shakespeare lets you see Atlanta's best actors getting their acting on in the world's best plays.

Also: Parking is free (yes, we said FREE), safe and convenient. Plus you can arrive early and dine on the landscaped grounds before heading into the theater for the show. Bring your dinner or order from Proof of the Pudding and they’ll have it waiting when you arrive.

And don’t forget: Divas always save at Georgia Shakespeare! Visit www.gashakespeare.org/socialdiva.asp for details!
